This idyllic poster, titled "Henley Bridge", is an advertisement for
The Appeal of the Thames, a book that was on sale at Great Western Railway stations and offices in the 1920s.
It is one of the items currently on display at "Stuck up – Early 20th Century Poster Art" at the
River & Rowing Museum in Henley, on until March.
The museum, closed over Christmas because of flooding, has a Wind in the Willows exhibition and some 20,000 items of art, photography and memorabilia.
