Thames Clippers to run from Putney

KPMG Thames Clippers have the contract to run a service from Putney to Blackfriars, as of October 1. Commuters will be able to use Oyster cards for the first time on the service. Some 15,000 passenger trips a year are currently made on this route, which should increase significantly. The deal with Wandsworth Council runs for five years. (Putney Pier pic © Nigel Cox)
